This newly built home in Chintsa East is filled with unique artwork, has stunning views of the ocean and is a short two minute drive to the beautiful Chintsa East beach. The local Spar & deli are also a two minute drive away making it a well situated holiday home. The main bedroom is ensuite with a view of the ocean and the other two rooms share a bathroom, perfect for the small family or two families sharing with a pull out bed in the TV room. The house is open plan living with a beautiful deck overlooking Chintsa Bay, there is a pool as well as a lovely back garden and “gees” fire to relax around while the sun goes down.
