This newly built stylish home in Chintsa East has stunning views of the ocean and is a short two minute drive to the beautiful Chintsa East beach. The local Spar & deli are also a five minute drive away making it a well situated holiday home. The main bedroom is ensuite and the second room has a double bed, perfect for the small family or two couples sharing. The house is open plan living with a beautiful deck, braai area and pool as well as a lovely back garden to relax in while reading a book.

The house is North facing so gets plenty afternoon sun and gets the sunrise and sunset too, perfect for braai’s. There are 2 resident cats that are serviced 3 days a week.
